im guessing it goes in here since it is electronic, but my camaro does not have a rear defroster and my friends camaro has the hatch with the defroster for the rear but it is not hooked up, cause his car did not come factory with rear defrosing like mine, is there a way i can get the rear defroster hatch and wire it in to my defrosting switch? does anyone know please tell me. thanks.

Hmmm... that's odd that his hatch came with the defrost grid and your's didn't... but you got the button. :D
Weird. Anyway, you should be able to do this. But on your car, near the arms that hold the hatch up, do you see the rear defrost wiring? And on your friends hatch, are the little tabs on the sides there? The factory wiring is just soldered to those tabs. I'm not sure on this.... but I can try to help ya. [img]smile.gif[/img]

does your back window have the defrost grid patterm across the window? if not you would have to see about how to get that. each line in the grid reads 12v on a DMM.
