I just got a 97 Camaro that doesn't have the Monsoon sound system so I'm wondering if i can put 6.5" componet speakers in the front doors without any problems. I'm curoius if there's a place to mount the tweeters without doing a how lot of work. I've never really worked on audio stuff before so I'm kinda new to it.

Your answer is yes. The a-pillar is a great place for your tweets. If they're small enough, they can also fit in that little vent next to the side mirrors. -
i fit mine right where the sunvisors go in, there is a lil triangle piece, just take it off and put the tweeter there.
