Older rockford stuff (like pre-98) is good. The newer amps/subs are so-so. Nice looking setup though. How does that box sound? I've heard that those specific q-logic boxes aren't all that great.
all my equipment was under 1000 bucks... so i'll deal with the rockford =P Plus this install was only a couple hours and when i work on my own ****, i dont take my time to make it look good when i will go the extra step for someone else. I could easily made a custom amp rack for the amp and cap, but that would have brought the level of the amps up higher then the box.
Ian... which one did u work at? I was the install lead for the one in montclair, cali
akuma... compared to other people in the area i have alot better bass than them...

I'm in the process of putting my own system in, and I almost bought those same subs....but I decided on a pair of Alpine Type R subs with a RF 500S amp pushing them. I like the install though.

I like your set-up man. Nice and clean. I'm in the process of putting my system in my camaro. A single jl 13.5w7 pushed by an orion 1200d and an orion 4004 powering 2 sets of infinity components. Should be pretty nice

I should be done by the end of this week. I'll post pics.

It's really not that big of a deal to mount in there. Only uses a mounting hole 1 inch bigger than a twelve. Don't worry I will post pics as soon as everything is in. Should bump hard!!
