Alright guys, I've checked through all the monsoon questions, got most of it answered. But I was wondering if anyone who has actually done the transfer... (M. 500w) to there own goodies wouldn't mind doing a walk-through? I already have my own subs/amps/HU, pair of 6x5's and 6x9's.
First off, I believe I saw someone swap out the 6.5 subs in the back with 6x9's... that possible?
Second, if you swap out to an aftermarket HU, what speakers from the monsoon set can you still use and hook up to the HU?
And last, has anyone assembled a walk-through, pics, or anything from swapping over? I have a good idea, but obviously a walkthrough would cut down time. Like what's needed to switch, what can be used, and how to re-wire the stuff. Like how to run wires into the doors for the new set, etc... Any help would be great, I can't wait to start.
