Hi I had my car for a year now and just today I stumbled on a GM vehicle secrurity system manual. When I bought my car, I was never told there was an alarm, but I always woundered what that red button under the knob to turn the headlights on was. When I push the button nothing happens, I read in the manual that it's a button for the alarm, when pressed it activates it and flashes... Can somebody help me with this does my car have an alarm if so why doesnt it work?? The car has every factory opotion it could come with so im guessing that it has an alarm also. The car never came with a keyless entry remote.. Need help thanks...
