So I have this shelf cd player system that I absolutley love because the speakers are awesome. They are 6-1/2 inch, ported, and have tweeters. They really pound here in my room. Supposedly the whole system is 280watts so i'm guessing they have about 150W each going to them. Suppose I wire to these up to my HU (50x4 but I only have it pushing the door speakers) and put them in the trunk (if you can call it that)?
I mean would it sound decent? About how many watts would be going to them?
I did this anyway it sounds good. Almost as good as a 10". If I could just find a way to get the lows to go through just them so my doors wouldnt vibrate. :rolleyes:
