i may possibly be adding a sub box on top of my rear deck..i will need to drill a couple holes for sheet metal screws because i want it to stay in place..but isnt the gas tank under there????..how deep can i drill there (if at all) and stay safe?..thanks!

Need to find another way to secure your box. I have heard of several people drilling through there and into the gas tank. Including a guy I met in person at a local hobby shop. He wasn't too excited to tell me about that.... :D Industrial strength velcro? I KNOW that's s#it is strong enough..... -
