you can get it from the battery... just wire it strait up.. thats how my neons are right now... even with the car off and the key not even in it just flip the switch and they'll come on
i dont know if you want to wire into your cd player wire's its the yellow wire it goes right to the battery and it on all the time would be easy to hide all ur wires
