• My neons and switch panel

I know some of you will say this is to ricery. but i think its a cool cheap way to help make your car stand out a lil and give it some personality. i tried my best to hide they lights but still be able to shine brightly. i have 4 9in green lights, 5 purple 10in that beat to the music, a purple shift knob(i put some carbon fiber sticker on it cuz it was to bright), and purple rope lights around the back seats. For my switch panel i got 4 blue lit toggle switches and a piece of flat plastic covered in carbon
fiber sticker. i made the plactic fit next to the cigarette light in front of the shifter.

I like the combo. It looks clean dude. it's not rice to make ur car look better and more unique to ur style. add some neon to the underbody and u'll be all set w/ the nightime show.

not a huge fan of hte shifter... but I have thought about putting some up under the floor the dash to illuminate the carpet area. Don't want full blown lights but cool to have it slightly illuminated, especially since I drop my cellphone down there all the time.

light panel looks clean...

Thanks guys! i honestly am not that big of a fan of the shifter either, but for 7 bucks hey why not. i think it looks better then the stock ball one. the way i have the switches the 1st switch turns the ones under the dash, the knob and the ones next to the console on. the 2nd the 2 purple 10s under the seat and the 10 in the hatch the 3 the lights in the t-top(i dont like driving w/ these on so i put them on their own switch. the 4th the rope lights. eurolit3 sells 9in neons in packs of 2 that fit under the dash perfect there really skinny for 20 bucks they give off a nice amount of light to.

it is distracting with them all on. but thats why i put 4 switches so i can have a few on when i drive then turn the rest on when im not driving. for the switches, i got 4 toggle switches from advanced auto. they were like 3 dollars a piece. they do light up but they're not very bright. then i just took a piece of flat plastic(on mine its actually from the air box cuz i did the FRA mod the same day) i drilled 4 holes in it to place the switches in then wired it up. i just pulled the power from the batt. i used 1 line and split it into 4(so each switch would have power) i also used an existing ground under the hood 4 my gound. after that i just connected it together. made sure it worked out and covered the plastic in CF sticker. I got the carbon fiber sticker from 123vinyl.com it was like 4.50 for like 12x15 sheet cant beat that. it sure comes in handy to i use it on all kind of things just to add some style. i did the air silencer removal and covered the pvc pipe with it. made it look kinda kool.

for the lights under the dash i use 9 in lights. on my car underneath on each side is an indent on the plastic. it goes straight across. the neon was just skinny enough to fit in there. the indent line on the drivers side is closer to the seat, the passenger side is closer to the front of the car. i hate that double sided tape cuz when it gets hot it melts the glue, so i screwed them in. since its only thin plastic, i didnt drill it i just pushed on the screws and they went in. i got purple ones in front of each seat too they're basicly just laying they're. they're 10's w/ the beat thing on them so they're to long to tuck under the seat. so i just put them in front.

oh yeah and for the ones in the console i used 9 in ones again they close to they bottom of the console and i just stuck them on with double sided tape because they're squeezed between the seat and the console so the tape works ok they're.
