they're both the same unit, only diff is the top one has an organic display...are they worth the money??....or should I go a different route?....I want the built in DVD for my visor screens, and I want to get rid of my XM delphi unit, so I can get my passenger side A/C vent back....is there another unit out there thats similiar and cheaper?....these are the only 2 Ive seen that have the XM AND DVD capabilities...so what do ya think? worth the money, or no....

OLED's is a promising but immature technology. The diodes tend to fade after 3,000-4,000 hours, as opposed to a normal LED which has a shelf-life of 100,000 hours.

You can do the math to figure if 3000 hours is enough to last until your next upgrade, but I'd steer clear of OLED displays for another few years. LCD displays last forever.

for looks wise i thing the one with organic display would look better, it has all the nice little cars and all.

But if your just looking for functuality then the cheaper model will do just right.

My previous headunit was a Pioneer 8200. It lasted me nearly 4 years without a single problem. But after 4 years, I figured it was time for an upgrade. Sold it to a friend. Still going strong.

Actually.... if you used your unit for 1 hour every day, it would last you like 10 years by those numbers....and I can't see you watching a movie even once every third day for that long....
