Ok you are going ot find the under hood fuse box first.
Uncradle it from the frame with left to right motions. There is a little green wire going to the "cooling fan relay 1"This the the 2nd relay down on the side that has the double stacked lined fuses. You will want to attach a fused wire to the green wire with a wire gewel. I put a "15" fuse in my wire and it worked fine. I ran my ground to the screw on the side of the hood.( i have a pic of this.
Go through the firewall with the 2 wires.
Attach them inside the car to a 2 prong.
One for the power of the green wire, and one for the ground.
This only cost me around $10 also and works great.
      I used 14 guage also.
One red for the power, and the black for the ground
      And dont foget a switch
And dont forget a fused wire
