• Removing back seats, custom box...

I'm aquiring 3, 12" L7 solobarics, and I hate my backseat, therefore I'd like to remove it and customize a box there... My question is, has anyone customized a box in the backseat, if so does anyone have any pics? And what's needed to remove the backseats?

my back seats come out apparently... i'm not exactly sure what the previous owner did to them but they just basically sit there, i haven't really had a reason to fix it so maybe this will help you then:

The seats are only held down by a hook deally in the front, not exactly sure how to unhook it though.

The back seat portion pictured is only held down by one bolt. It right in front.

Just a warning. I have heard putting three subs where the backseat is does not sound good. If I were you I would try two of the three subs in the rear hatch area. You can build or buy a box that will reflect off the roof and hit much harder than having the box right behind the front seats. Just my 2 cents.
