this morning my dad and i went outside to install my amp and subs and we figured it would have been easy since the last owner had subs in there and 99% of people will leave all the wiring in the car. well, turns out the only things he left in there were two ground wires. he tore apart the entire car to get out $30 worth of wire. bastard. made my job a lot harder.
so after my dad and i messing around with some stuff we realized that instead of spending a lot of time and effort on installing them ourselves and doing all the wiring, we'd just look into professional installation. there's only one auto electronics place here that will install it, otherwise i'm gonna have to drive 40 minutes, which is fine but this one's the only really close one. but anyway... they said they'd install everything for $75 plus whatever it costs for wire. is this a good price or could i get it way cheaper? i'm just not sure if i'm getting ripped off because i'm used to doing this kind of stuff myself.
btw, if it matters they're two 12" subs and one 2-ch amp.
