Stock Fog Lamps

I just noticed that i only have on fog lamp. The passenger side fog lamp isn't there. And the fog lamp i do have doesn't work. Do i just take my car up to the chevy dealership and get a new one and have them wire it up?

Red 1998 Camaro 3.8 K&N and Home Depot 2 12\" JL W3v2 Subwoofers -more audio stuff to come-
