• Sound cuts off

Dunno wtf is wrong with it. The radio can be working great, but all of a sudden if I hit a bump, a deep bump my sound cuts off the radio stays working but if I hit another bump it starts working again. All the wiring on the harness was done perfectly and professionally by me, but for some reason this happens only with bumps. I can turn off the car, turn it back on and it starts working again.

    Help please so confused

Oh and all speaker cut off at the same time.

Do you have an aftermarket amp pushing your speakers?

Does the sub cut out as well?

When you did the wiring did you use the stock ground? If so redo this and use your own ground, somewhere where its solid and scrape all the paint off.

      no amp, no sub :(

I removed every component of my previous system, just for the meantime, so it's just stock right now and I don't know why it doing this if i didn't mess w/ anything else like the wires to the speakers, no wires are touching from the harnes either.

Definately sounds like something is loose somewhere in the wiring harness.

Make sure there is no rust/paint where it is grounded at.

...The ground will be behind your stereo. Should be a Black wire.

A few other things you could check...
Does your headunit have inline fuses on the power wires? If it does, check to make sure the fuses are snapped in tight and not bouncing around in the holder.

Also, try holding the headunit out of the dash with it hooked up and turned on. With the stereo on, try moving the main plug that plugs into the back of the headunit around and see if the sound cuts in and out. One of the pins inside the plug could have come loose. Good luck

Took the head unit out in the middle of the night. Looked at all the wires and fuses, the ground seemed to be perfectectly fine, I tested all the wires one by one then I got to the blue wire that is used on the power antenna seemed to be very jiggly, so jiggly it would cut off for a split second and make all kinds of noise. I used another clamp on it seemed to work well I just hope thats what the problem was cuz i couldn't find anything else.
