Just to give you guys a heads up with the new fbody product from zzperformance. They now offer the 4 gauge alternator rewire kit for our cars. My car was the R&D car for this. Works pretty good. Lights don't dim hardly at all anymore.

go to pull down menu and select camaro/firebird
It is for the 3.8 engines though so if you have a 3.4 you might be out of luck

Just do the big "3" upgrade instead.
Just get some 0ga. and 4ga.

I did it and it isnt much of a hassle, but I havent changed the starter wire yet, so it all goes into one post terminal.

PS: I'm only running 500rms tho =/

the amp rewire is in the big "3"
It will help some if you have a system. If the system is to big though you will still need to upgrade the electrical system. I have a system in my car, it is a smaller one but my lights don't anymore now that I did it.

And CAMARO is right. Just buy the wire and connectors from knukonceptz or a local store. Knukonceptz has very reasonable shipping, FYI.

^^^^ yeah pretty much.
I also have my alternator fused, pretty much so I didnt have another wire going to my battery post, just a logic thing.
I also have stinger battery posts that have
0/1, 4, 2x8 ga. Which gives me tons of options
PLUS that yellow top still has the GM bolts =)
