  • WORST INSTALL EVER!!!

well my plans were as follow:
    install new window motor
    install ed components, mids/highs
    dynamat just around speakers etc
    install cold cathode tubes
    build amp rack

    this is what happened
installed all speakers, had to build custom speaker rings for rear, and a whole speaker set for up front, then installed dynamat, then installed speaker, oh before i done all this i replaced the windo motor on pass. side,(not to to bad, just had to find everything) then started wiring up everything, wired it all up, and something was wrong! i had major frequecy/static, so i traced it all the way back to the ground, regrounded it and all is good right? for about 1 min, so i start messin with the gain and can turn up the front up high, i touched the back ones to turn them up and amp shut off, well long story short, after about 2 hours i find out that it is my rear, voice coil hitting the dynamat( pos and neg touching dynamat) therefore grounding out! i then fix that and bamm!!! another problem all of a sudden i have major noise in the speakers(power ant. goes up i can hear it etc) so after trying numerous things my neighbor gives me these things to put on my rcas! and bamm it all works!! now i have to put car bak together, BUT i have yet to install my cathode lights, or build my amp rack!!!

    EEGHH what a few days!!!
