turn signal relay

my turn signals are going mad slow. what do i need to buy to change the relay/how do i do it? thanks!

edit: ALSO, that chiming/beeping is SO frickin annoyingly loud.. any way to change that? or maybe muffle it?

Chiming/beeping? Sounds like the special ones that are annoying to remind people to turn off there turn signal. I'd go get one (or two if you want to replace the emergency flasher) of those electronic ones that don't click.
