    so whats the best way/setup for satellite radio in a car?


    Its a vette but the headunit is the same/similar as the monsoon setup.(same face)

    what are options to hook it in? No tape deck so can't go ghetto 80s style.

    probably a unit with a rf modulator that gets hardwired to the vehicles power and hooks into the actual antenna, you could try a unit with a built in FM transmitter but depending on which unit you get they some times fade in and out

      My father has an XM one in his Jag. Sounds great, but the reception isin't as good as I'd would like it to be. Loses signal as soon as he pulls into the garage. But it's never once dropped out while driving around town. So it's nothing horrible....but I know if I was paying for it... I'd want it to atleast work in the garage...
