Alarm/Remote Starter

Who all here has either or both of these? What brand do you have? Did you install it yourself? Was it hard to do?

I have the Alpine Sec 150S I didnt install it myself though I had it professionally done. :(

Excaliber. Got a great deal on the system $150/new. There is no way in hell I'd do it myself. If it has keyless entry, starter kill, etc. it sucks. Plain and simple. I paid $50 for professional installation and it was worth $150. Also, if your alarm has ANY kind of guarantee it HAS to be installed by a professional. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I have a Viper 600esp alarm. I had Circuit City install it. I used to have a remote starter on it too but I never used it so I took it off. I installed the starter myself and It wasn't easy. I had to bypass the clutch switch and buy a DEI 555T unit to bypass the ignition security.
