When im driving and i have the heat on and i all of a sudden come to a stop at say a light my power like surges the headlights go really dim and the power gauge drops down to around 6 for 13

Sounds like your alternator is on its way out. Do you have a system? -

Doesn't matter. Your alt has been damaged or is worn out and isn't putting out the amps it once did. You could have it load tested to make sure.Comment

alt is bad. I just replaced mine cause the same thing happened to me97 \'maro 3.8L with magana flow exhaust and K&N air filterComment
