What do you guys think of the Alpine 7995 Head Unit? I bought one the other day for $399.99. It sounds so good you almost don't need an EQ!

Great head unit. And that's seems like a pretty good price too. Just for anybody else reading this, I would really recommend stepping up to the 7897. This will give you the "Bass Engine Pro" features..... which are outstanding! You can get a new one for about $450 new off Ebay. -
The Head Unit is a great product. However you better have 3 amps! Becasue there is NO internal amp. You need Front/Rear/Sub amps to run a system! I have the Alpine CDA-7893 and I love it. I would recomend stepping up to the 7897 also, however its a bit pricey for a HU that doenst have a TV in it. I would rather have Alpine IVA-1003Comment
