why is there 4 wires for the door speakers IM guessing one set for highs and one for lows? and the middle speakers to they just for the lows because I here no treble out of them?

one set is for the tweeter and comes directly from the head unit, the other pair is for the midbass driver and it comes from the monsoon amp in the back. If you're replacing speakers, you should replace the head unit and run new wires from the head unit to the speakers or get an amp to replace the monsoon amp.
