Which fuse for pass side marker lights on 99 fbird?

not to sure on this one exactly, but have you checked the owners manual for the fuse lay out? Also, what other symtoms are you having that is making you look for this fuse? You might want to get out a trusty test light and test all of your fuses.

I've looked but can't seem to find anything labeled that covers the marker lights. There is a driver and passenger side head lamp fuse, but nothing for the markers, and the head and tail lights are functioning fine. I noticed them not coming on the other day when the alarm flashes the lights after being armed or disarmed. Both the front and rear markers (amber and red respectively) do not flash on either arm or disarm any more. Also, I noticed the small light inside on the passenger's door (that lights up the door handle/lock/window controls) is not functioning as well.. could be a conincidence, as I suspect external lights would be on a different circuit than the internals..
