Anyone Recommend Planet Audio Amp

I have a dilemma.

I can either buy a Planet Audio REM6500, 5 channel amp or a Rockford Fosgate 600.5. The specs are the same on both amps. I have a few questions:

1.Does Planet Audio make good amps?
2.The Rockford Fosgate amp is factory refurbished and comes with a 90 Day warranty, could this be a problem?

The Rockford is about $40 more expensive but doesn't come with the same warranty as the Planet Audio, that's all I'm worried about.

Planet Audio makes great amps..... but I'm kinda wondering why a refurbished Fosgate would be more expensive then an equal output Planet Audio amp...???? Usually, even if they were both new, the PA would be more expensive.... strange.

Not enough for one JLW6v2 ?!?! Planning on upgrading or something?
