I have a 1996 camaro with bose and was wondering if i could upgrade the cd player? If so what are a few good models, and will it require any modifications?

99.99% of the time when you use Bose they create a monopoly in your car. If you change the deck to anything besides Bose, you have to have a Bose adapter to play through their speakers, it's a real biyatch. The other option is to change everything which is what the guy who put my alarm in his 95 did (Z-28 though). basically Bose is cool as long as it's with Bose, outside of that.....
