can i upgrade the speakers in a monsoon system without changing the factory amp or do i have to replace the amp to?

This post is similar to MrCoffee's post. I don't have tons of experience with the monsoon system, but I do know that it isin't compatable with much. I think the head unit is the only thing that can be changed with out changing anything else... and that's with an adapter. I don't think you can change JUST the speakers and not the stock amp or JUST the amp and not the stock speakers. Sorry. -
