Lanzar is commonly thought of to be low end. However, I know the VIBE and OPTI series are suppose to actually output rated power. The VIBE 1200D is only like $210 and actually outputs 1200WRMS.

I've actually heard a system in a truck that was built with all Lanzar subs and amps. I was VERY impressed by it. I'm not sure exactly what models he was running, but I know the amps he was running were the VIBE series but the thing pounded HARD. For the omney you give, a high power VIBE series is worth it.

Kicker amps are also pretty good. I paid 267.00 for the KX 600.1 it tested out at 760watts x1. I have a friend that has the 1200.1 and got it off Ebay for a reasonable price and that tested out at something like 1400watts x1

I second the suggestion for Kicker amps.

Also, a Hifonics Brutus 1500 is awesome for the price and power.

I use to have the JBL 600.1 powering 2 subs and it did pretty well. I can only imagine what the 1200.1 would do for subs. I recommend Kicker (like I did above) and JBL amps to a lot of people.

I have 2 lanzars....a 1000W for my fronts and a 1500W running at 1 Ohm for my 2 subs.....they sound awesome but I'm sure most would if you bother to use a line driver to boost your HU signal.

So what are you saying? That most amps will sound awesome if you use a line driver?

In the pic you can see it's a 4-channel amp. And that's probably max power. So that would make it 500W. Which would be 125x4@2ohms. When run to components, it would give them 62WRMS a piece. And if it not rated in max power, it would be 120WRMSx4@4ohms.....still not unheard of. Sounds reasonable, but I could be wrong. ;)
