    Well Larry I am glad you brought up this issue about JL multi channel amps because I will admit that I didn't do the studying I should have on them. So I went out and looked at the pros and cons of the amps and came across a review. Here is the link for anyone who is interested in the performance of the JL 300/4.

      did you look into some old Xtant amps, ive had real good luck with my 603x. It runs my components and my 10"Kappa perfect sub pretty well (im not a big bass head so the 300Wrms at 2ohms is fine for me). just thought you should look into them, but only the older square ones the new ones suck.

              matt, i actually did some more researching/asking about that JL amp after I originally told you i had heard bad things. Well it turns out everyone else I asked said nothing but good things about it. So good choice, good job not listening to me, and good luck.
