A little more info on your system would be helpful to diagnose a problem. What components are in your system? What are you looking to do?
Are you looking to utilize the stock bose head unit with aftermarket speakers? A crossover is not an adapter/interface device, it is used to filter certain frequencies out of the signal so a speaker doesn't have to play notes outside its range.

If you're sure that you don't want to upgrade your speakers in the future, then you can use this to make the stock amp work with the new head unit. http://www.affsave.com/pac.htm If I were you though, I would just buy new speakers. There's no point in having a non-stock deck and using the stock speakers & amp.
