I plan on putting in a new system and was wondering what everyone thinks of rockford fosgate speakers and amps as far as quality and price.

If your going to get the amps make sure its the Power Series.
I have (2) 10'' subs and they pound, their the HX2 series. -
Although the markings on the amps are missing leading now.... :rolleyes: ... the do output their rated power. I've used both punch and power series amps. Happy with both. For the price, Rockford is right in there. [img]smile.gif[/img]Comment

i think the amps run extremely hot though.
i have the 1800 W 601S and it RUNS HOT!.
i took it out cause its being sold96 Camaro M5. The older amps are better than the new ones from what I've been told... my uncle loves rockford stuff, I've heard from very very nice sounding low power systems he's put together.
