  • Ordering amp rack tomorrow. have a question though

    Hi,
I am a little nervous about drilling into my car. My friend has all the tools needed and I am going to order a Milhouse box tomorrow and an amp rack for an amp and later on add a 1 farad capacitor to it. How hard is it to install the amp rack and how hard is it to hide the wires so it doesnt look messy.

it's very simple, mine has 2 screws in it from the top. The wires are also easy to hide. There is a hole in the middle of the wood to bring the wires from.

I am still nervous a little bit. Does it take long to install?

No, it's not that hard of an install. Steve gives you some pretty good instructions, and you don't have to drill into your car. Hiding wire is real easy, as Larry said there is a few holes in the middle to run your wires through.

Just like Matt said, it's a breeze. And no drilling into the car is needed. It's almost painless :D
