Well, wire is wire, but RCA's are just RCA's. Check on ebay for some nice kits. Here's an RF kit (shipping might be a lil pricey though).

I just used a streetwires amp install kit and the wire and kit was pretty nice, i'd recommend using one and i'd use one again.

For the most part, wire is wire. As far as RCAs go, just look for twisted pair construction and you'll be fine.

Good link. I used knuconceptz speaker wire. As for power wire I went cheap and used some power wire from weldingsupply. (it's not pretty, but noone sees it anyway) People will go round and round talking about RCA's. I use the stinger helix series and they work out nice for me. All in all, power wire is power wire, just get a fairly decent set of RCAs and you should be fine. Like 311 said get some with twisted pair construction.

OK i will definately try to find some good RCAs. I thought i had a twisted pair in my old car but the car is at my friend's (he bought it but said i can have whatever i want back out of it).

Thanks for the replies... i didnt think there was much of a difference in quality except for the RCA wire.

Oh and that auction above-- i bought from ikesound before i believe.

Gonna do some searching tonight and buy a kit I guess... but there are so many choices.

Well I have an OLD 600 watt Kenwood amp. I am going to buy a better one either later this year (cause i spent way too much this past week on the car) or next spring.

I need to get a kit that supports up to a certain amount of watts so i have room to upgrade to a more powerful amp... but like i said that isnt happening for a while. lol

i suggest audiobahn, and two twelves would sound real good with some type o you can hear the bass really clear.
