That's not bad at all! How does the IEK work? Just mounts a tweeter on the A-pillar? So you have 4 tweeters total? Freeser, I just zip tied mine onto something under the dash. As you probably already know, there's quite a bit of room under there. Worked fine for years now.

By the way the system looks awesome Larry. I fabed up the little holders in the kick panels for my crossovers and they fit nicely.

well since i really didn't care too much about the look of the system, i just had them siliconed in the doors. The IEK tweeters run off of the x-overs for the components. CDT incorporates the extra terminals specifically for the IEK within their x-overs. Then they have a gain control which I chose to have mounted by my knee under the steering wheel(in picture). You can turn them off at any point or turn them all the way up. I've found that playing them at about 1/4 gain is perfect. If you go any more, u start getting separation b/w the IEK tweeter and the regular tweeter. The IEK does an AMAZING job of raising the soundstage. Even my installer said that for $50 everyone should get one. The IEK's were double-sided taped until we could find the best sound for them possible...then they were screwed in there. We took off the a-pillar and didnt' think there was enough room to flush-mount them, so we didn't. Would have looked a lot better though. Thanx for the comments so far guys.
