I've got a 2002 Camaro (as you can see in my sig). I'm getting a little tired of the stock antenna that just sticks up there and am thinking about getting a power one (like the firebirds have). What part number is this (the firebird one)? What would be involved in installing it? I have an aftermarket HU (Pioneer, if it matters). I've never really ran cables in the car, but I'm very good at catching onto things and am good mechanically. Is this something I could do myself or would a local car audio store do it (I know I could call them and ask, but it's 5 and they're probably closed)?
Thanks,
Rob

I THINK the stock firebird antenna is around $50-$60, but I may be wrong. I had to replace mine, and I bought it from www.rksport.com It was $99 and featured a replaceable shaft. So if you ever bend or break it, you don't have to buy a whole new motor and all.
Adding a power antenna to a camaro is pretty easy. Made even easier because your pioneer HU already has a power antenna output lead. The technical archive has a thread that describes the whole process. Power Antenna
