• Dashboard Light Conversion!??!?!

I was wondering if there is a way to change the color of the dashboard lights from orange to dark blue?? If so, where would the bulb be located or how would I go about doing that?? (My windows are fully tinted, so orange in the dark doesn't look that good as blue in the dark would).

Only one way to fine out, take the dash off and look
There might be more than 1 bulb back there, and I bet any car customizing shop would carry different colors.

Maybe you guys can find something on Ebay. Search for "glow" or "glo". This board won't let me post the search results for some reason. Still running the stock headunit? Looking to change the H/U's bulbs too? It's possible, but not entirely easy. Here's a little walk-through for ya..

For the replacement bulbs use Radio Shack part #272-1154 $1.39 each Or you could just dump the stock H/U and replace with an aftermarket one that has a blue display.

Well most of the bulbs are leds that are needed to be sodered.. The bulbs behind the gauges just plug in.. Im im not sure if you can change the color of a birds lights.. Are the bulbs the orangeish red color or is there some film on the back of everything in the car making them glow red/orange, and the bulbs are just white.. In my Camaro all the bulbs are white but there is a blue film on the back of all the stuff.. I changed the bulbs behind my gauges to a super white led and now my gauges are blue:) they look pretty cool!

I would like to sugest just changing your gauges to Euro reverse glow gauges. By day the white is a huge improvement and it has an awesome blue red and green colors at night. I installed them myself in and hour.
