A friend of mine has a pair of 6x9 MB Quart dicus series and they sound really good. I was wondering, has anyone heard the reference series or above for 6.5's? Im getting some components and they are high on my list of potentials.....

Its pretty good quality. Thats gonna be my brand of choice when I upgrade. If you do a search for them on google or something, you will find their website, and it will tell you a lot more about them. -

Mr. Man, I disagree. MB Quarts are incredible. Hand crafted German engineering and $150 will get you an amazing set of components. The tweeters are EXTREMELY bright and crisp, it's great for Rock in my opinion. If you like a warmer tone, go with Infinity. I'm actually looking at a pair of Infinity myself (http://www.camarov6.com/ubb/ultimate...;f=12;t=002403)
If you are looking for bass, then I wouldn't go with MB Quart, they are for people who desire clarity over SPL.
