i have the Memphis 16-ST500D Mono Class D Sub Amp with my 12" kickers, and it has a dial remote thing that u install like under your dash to control the bass. well i've never had any problems with it, but recently i had to to d/c the amp from the car, and now after i've reconnected it, EVERY TIME i start the car i have to set the bass, like its at the lowest level so i have to turn it up. did i damage something in the amp or could i be overlooking soemthing. other than that the amp works fine, still gives great power. its just annoying having to set it every time now.

I need a littly more clarity from your question. yes it is. just a phone line that hooks up to a remote dial. every time i turn on the car i have to adjust it again because its at its lowest setting. like the memory part of it messed up or something.Comment

I would say the same thing, but I've never heard of this happening before. It's almost like it needs a constant power to keep the settings. I don't know, man. At least it's a very minor problem :D .
