Easy, take off the panel under the steering wheel. You'll see the turn signal relay and there will be a brown little box. You'll even be able to distinguish it if it's chiming. All you do is pull it out.My Car: 1994 Camaro 3.4 V6 5-Speed
My Car

Thats stupid, Simply pull on the key as it sits in ur ignition. Its a GM thing that u can nearly pull the key out but still have it in. I can actually remove mine when it is turned backwards. My firebird does it. All my friends Fbodies do it. I can do it on my Escalade and on my friends old Cadilac Brougham de elegance. So dont tell me it cant be done- and u dont have to be agressive with it at all, just pull.97 Special Edition Bird , Short bus stlye special

keep in mind if you leave your lights on, you're not going to have a chime to remind you. also the chime is needed to program your alarm, if you choose to change it from the factory setting. see your owner's manual for details. i like the factory setting just fine, so that wasn't an issue for me. i have, however, left my lights on twice since i did this mod.
email me if you have any questions.
