SERIOUS ELECTRICAL PROBLEM EVERYBODY INSIDE

Ok ladies, now im getting extremely desperate here. This is how it started. . . I was driving on the interstate going to Six Flags when my car started stutttttering, i thought that it was a misfire or something. I pulled over and restarted the car and my ANS INOP came on and my winshield wipers moved verrry slowly and even stoped in the middle of the cycle, i thought the motor went but sometime when the headlights are off they work fine. And also my left turn signal doesn't work when the headlights are on and the bulb is fine because i replaced it. And im throwin a P0650 code which is the MIL thingy and I finally found out where the fuse is at so ill check that out. SO i took it to a ford dealership yes a forD dealership bc they are my dad's client. And they said they have no clue. And they said its gonna cost 500+ to fix i was like [img]graemlins/wavey.gif[/img] goodbye. SO should i take it to a chevy dealership or can you guys give me a hand???? BTW im posting it in General Tech so dont move it i need help from everybody.
