  • MTX BOX or BAZOOKA TUBE

Cant decide on which speaker setup I want

I can go with the MTX box that will fit in the back on the drivers side . Or strap a bazooka tube in that area they call a trunk.

    All opinions welcome

Depends on the Bazooka... As long as you get the 10" RS-HP series (not the EL series) you won't be disappointed. I have the 10" RS HP amplified version with 150 watts RMS and i'm very happy. The RS HP without the amp can be powered up to 400 RMS i believe,, you can't go wrong,,fits perfectly in trunk.

Right now I am about 50/50 it all depends on what kind of deal i can get off ebay and how much my installation will cost. Then my next thing will be to find a good cd changer that will fit under my seat

If anyone is thinking of going with a 10" check out this page.

                      Bazooka 10" powered/loaded

I have heard this 10" with the included 150 watt rms amp will pound our cars. At this price it is about 40% less than what I have see the MTX thunderform for. At $240 vs around $400 this a great buy for the Bazooka tube. At most places this same tube is $400. The MTX cant be that much better considering how much you will save, if that is a concern, but I have never heard the two side by side. I will be getting one very shortly, it comes with everything you need except a wiring harness. Tell me what you think.
