I want to put a small system in my mom's 2000 Dodge Neon. Using my current JVC CD Deck I'm thinking about just installing a small 200-300watt amp and run it to the stock speakers.

I dont know how good the speakers are in neons but youll probably end up blowing them with an amp. One of my buds has a 2001 ram and it came with stock infinities so it might can handle the amp. I would just go out and get some components or some 2/3-way speakers though.
