Try adjusting the sensitivity of the alarm via the shock sensor. It is located over the right rear wheelhouse near the spare tire in the hatch area. To adjust, remove the label covering the adjustment knob and adjust as desired. Turn to the right (clockwise) to increase sensitivity and turn to the left (counterclockwise) to decrease sensitivity.

Yeah, it's the shock sensor gone bad. Has it rained a lot or have you cleaned your fenderwell? On ls1tech.com there are tons of posts about this problem. Whenever you clean the fenderwell or if it rains a lot this is a common problem. It happened to me last year. I unplugged the shock sensor and it worked fine, then when the weather dried up I plugged it back in and it has been fine ever since. Give that a shot...and when you unplug it, see if it's moist in that area.
