4 sets rcas on 3 rca output???

how do i manage this my idea is:
on my front set of rca putting a splitter female- 2 males hook one to the highs on my 4 channel amp and the other to my small(tweeter) amp

i have decided to use my kicker 100.2 on another set of tweeters, as my 4004t cannot do the trick with my ttops off!!! so this amp fits were the monsoon is(kinda) so i will put it there

ALSO what tweeters should i use! i was gonna use the lowest one kicker made since i have a kicker amp!
