• Buying 4 New 12's ... Suggestions?

I'm going to be buying 4 new 12's this month. I have about $500.00 to spend. Any suggestions?

I'm thinking about going for the new AudioBahn Series.

I'm also buying 2 of the BOSS AUDIO RIPPER 995 Amps, (2000W (4-Channel). They run $219 each.

Thoughts anyone?

Thanks ...

I too have never personally heard the brahma's, but I DO know that you are not getting 4 of them for $500. I think they are about $350 a piece. And as far as being the best bang for the buck.... I think you are talking about Adire Audio Shiva's <------ would be a very nice choice!! $500 for 4 shipping included. www.ampmanaudio.com
Also, are you planning on this for your f-body? It is possible.... but you are pretty much limited to a sealed design. I have seen 4 12"s ported in a camaro at sounddomain.com but I think he only had about 1.25cuft. for each woofer. Let me know how you plan to squeeze them in there.... might have to try myself!!! :D

I don't want to go overboard, but I do want the most bang for the buck.

over board is 4 12s :D , just about right is prolly 1-2 adire bramas ure gonna get pounded by them no doubt, i mean i have a naturalsound audiobahn 10 ( 300 rms ) and i cant turn the amp up all the way or it hurts =D 2 12's will pound you good, any thing over 2 subs is really a competition thing, unless its 10's and 3 is plenty so unless your goin for show/comp dont go over 2 there isnt a point
