stereo/windows power loss

Hello to all. I am new to this site and I am looking for advice.

My stereo/windows keep lossing power TOGETHER. Power is lost randoming; sometimes it is out for seconds and other times for minutes.

I as led to believe the problem was with the head unit. However, after replacing the head unit, the problem still occurs.

When the power is lost to the stereo/windows, no other part of the car is affected.

Any thoughts?

haha im certain it's not a fuse...
a fuse is either blown or not and his problem comes and goes.

buddy of mine had a fuse it was on its last leg he took out his cd player replaced it checked the fuse on the cd player re-did all the wiring thining it was that.....last thing he did was change the fuse and it was that....he also lost power everynow and again so try it....cant hurt can it ?

I was told on another site to check the ground bolt under the kick panel. I took apart the driver side to find the bolt was clean and tight. I'll check the fuse.

I changed the fuse even though it appeared to be fine. I will post again if it fixes the problem.

Well, the problem wasn't fixed. Any other ideas?
