Check for any loose wires. Maybe power, ground, or remote.
Check them on the amp and on the HU.
Your power wire is fused, right?

did you do the obvious and check the connections for the speakers inside of the box? Sometimes they can rattle loose.
What ohm value are the subs? How do you have them wired?
Perhaps you either have burnt voice coils on the subs. Loose connections on the wires on the subs.
Or you have a bad power supply on the amp caused by wiring the subs incorrectly for what the amp can handle.
Test the amp on other speakers to see if it causes the same problem. Do the subs work at first and then stop working? Symptom of the amp getting to hot due to being wired incorrectly and it is shutting it self off.
Well give me some more details and ill try to point you in the right direction
