My friend had one. It was great... added the bass needed to make music sound more complete. He had a 10w6 in it, with a 400 watt amp. I still prefer bigger subs and more watts though, but with it you save your trunk!

As long as you get a decent sub for it and you match the airspaces, it will sound good.

I have a 10" MTX Thunderform Box (stealth box) with 180 watts RMS going to it from a sh!t amp, and it still sounds pretty damn good. It really pounds at higher volumes, but it could sound a little more controlled and be a little deeper. But for a relatively inexpensive and unintrusive way to add bass, I recommend it. If you want better overall bass, I'd say go with megabass' passenger stealth box. You'd have to modify the plastic molding on the passenger side, but his box is made out of mdf instead of cheap plastic, and apparently can hold some 12" subs as well. Hope this helps.

i'm happy with my thunderform too, got it on ebay loaded with a thunder6000 sub.

i have a 250a2 wired in mono pushing it and it sounds great.

i have the mtx thunderform with a 500w max lanzar amp. sounds awesome, i love it, and leaves me much trunk space. however if i were to do it again, i'd rather have megabass's millhouse box. still leaves trunk space, looks cool, and a really good price.

Yes indeed..... i've got a millhouse box in the making at the moment because I just feel that you get a lot more for your $$. From everything I've seen, Steve does some great work. I don't doubt mine will be just as nice as past projects... if not, better since he's had some practice :D

The MTX thunderform is great, and it is not cheap plastic. It will hold up just as well as MDF would and it weighs less. just thought i would add that
