What to do?

Ok I ordered my 12w6v2 way back around October 6th. 10 days pass and I still havent seen it so I call up the place and I ask whats up and wheres my sub. Im told that the address in paypal has to be verified before I can have my stuff shipped. (Umm woulda been nice to know this about 10 days before my order). So he tells me hell ship it out the day I called or the next morning cuase he has 2 or 3 still there. I say ok and all that good stuff and hang up with the dood. Oh its now what another 7-10s and I havent seen it yet!!! Im really hot now so during these 14 plus days like 4 emails havent been repsonded too and Ive called this place like 20 times in the past 3 days and they wont answer the phone plus I have left a voice mail for them.
Im starting to think im getting ripped off here

Thats the place I ordered from, good prices and everything and looks legit. BUT WHY IS NO ONE ANSWERING MY CALLS OR EMAILS!! AND WHERE IS MY STUFF!!

What should I do?
I thought about calling the Better Buisness Bureau. This guys address or name insnt located anywhere on that site. So i took liberty into searching the internet and plugged in his phone number and now I have an adress and name with this phone number.

Any ideas?

Im highly upset!!

Ya I noticed that too but I have called that number and have talked to the dood once before, I dunno how you can have 2 numbers for the same thing. Ive told my parents, i tried more calling today and no answer. This weekend im calling BBB and my parents are gonna get ahold of our lawyer.

For what it's worth, your paypal went thru about 4 days after you sent it to me. I had already shipped the stealth by then. People like this suck. Hope you get your sub or a refund.

this is what to do: did you pay via CC through paypal? Call your CC company, tell them they havent shipped the product and explain the whole situation. The CC company will temporarily refund the $ to your cc until it is resoled. they will call the company and find out what is going on, if they ship the parts, the charges are valid, if they dont, you don't pay.

if you used your bank account, you should verify it anyways, it's easy so you can confirm your shipping address.

Ok, i finally got an email response from these jerks. They told me the head guy or whatever was outta town and he has to be here to "Ok" shipment. I said I wanna know the guys name and last name and I expect to see my product within a couple days or im taking legal action and youll be recieving calls from my lawyer. Im highly upset and this is rediculous and im tired of unanswered phone calls and emails.

Got an email the next morning and he said its gonna ship out friday or monday and ill recieve a small refund do the the wait.

I sent two pretty good rough emails. I was serious to. Im tired of these kinda people taking money. Almost a full month they had my money and i have nothing. If you want beef they can have it cuase ill sure as hell put them in there place.

So well see what happens here in a couple days.
