Is it possible to have a power surge to blow out all speaker's the reason i ask is i went to the body shop and my left side of the car sound like crap

too many fuses leading to the HU, and the amp only puts out so much to each speaker. AND the speakers peak power is normally almost double that of the average power it recieves. So, I dont think so.
